"My daughter in law rented this venue out for her son's 1st bday party. She had a contract to be there from 1-5:30. The person from venue called to confirm the week before and a couple days before called to let her know she could get in at 12:30 to decorate. The day of his party noone showed up to unlock the doors until after several phone calls. Finally someone showed up at 1:30 after all the guest had been waiting in parking lot for an hour to be let inside."
