"I’ve had glasses since I was 4 years old… so over 30 years! I am absolutely dependent on my glasses to see, so when they mysteriously got SUPER scratched I was so upset! I went in, talked with the technician, and he ordered me new lenses, covered under warranty! So easy. A week later I brought in my glasses and they exchanged the lenses in about 2 minutes, and the female tech who helped me was so kind! It was about as seamless of an experience as you could possibly have. I feel like these days good customer service is hard to come by, so it was so refreshing to have a major problem resolved quickly and efficiently and by kind employees! Also last year at my annual eye exam, Dr. Packard was amazing! I’ve never learned so much about my eyes, and she created a prescription that fits my needs perfectly. 10/10 experience with the Milford location!!!"
