"Honestly, pretty disappointed in this GameStop. I’ve never had a bad experience until this point. I was told when I preordered Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom that there would be a midnight release (@11:00PM) at this location. Here it is after midnight and store is closed. If the release was cancelled, communicate with customers who have preordered. Now I’ve wasted several hours waiting and will most likely miss out on the preorder bonuses that were mentioned when I preordered."

Tried to return a headset that I bought the day before, because you couldn't hear but because I tore the box at the top they couldn't exchange because they couldn't sale as NEW. Uh, it didn't work to begin with so why would you try to resell as new??? Will NOT be returning to this GameStop location."
