"I'm sorry to say that we had to switch to a different medical practice because of the poor behavior of their staff. Dr. Breen and Dr. Schultz are excellent doctors, but the front desk staff was extremely unprofessional. Olivia and Penny, who were probably the rudest staff personal I've come into contact with. Since the pandemic, the nursing staff has been slow to return calls and not friendly in-office for appointments. It's really unfortunate because Dr. Breen reminded me a lot of my childhood pediatrician who was amazing."

"Been going here since I was born and I love it, especially Dr Breen. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful, but Dr Breen is truly why I’ve stayed so long. He’s been my primary doctor since birth and I couldn’t be more thankful for the care he’s provided. He’s been there for every issue I’ve had, and if he couldn’t help then he referred me to someone who could. He’s always genuinely cared about my health, well-being, and just me as a person."

"I absolutely adore Dr. Breen; He was referred to me by a friend. Their office has specific newborn times allotted for easy scheduling and are open on Saturdays. They also have specific hours set aside for walk in sick patients! I’ve never waited more than 7min to be seen. When Dr. Breen enters, he immediately asks what questions or concerns the parent has. He performs thorough exams while interacting with the child for a pleasant experience. The nurses are very kind and thorough. I also had an issue with securing Medicaid for my daughter until she was over a month old, and the billing department was more than understanding of the headache that can be. They also allow you to nurse before and immediately after vaccines, and even have a nursing room with comfortable seating and dim lighting for parents. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Breen to anyone welcoming a newborn!"

"First time writing a review because in the past if I don’t like a place I don’t go back. This place that supposed to care for children and be there when you need them slam the door in my face. I wanted to make sure nobody else has to go thru this with their family. I never had an issue until now my wife family went there for 22 years and our family for 9 years with. Two years ago my wife passed away and I took my two kids in few months after this for they yearly check up and filled out paper to update the records and remove my wife from the account. I receive a letter in the mail month ago stating they are terminating our relationship and I have to find a new doctors office. It took 5-10 times to get a hold of somebody in their office. I found out they been sending a bill to my wife for the past six months and called her phone since she didn’t respond they turned the $40.00 bill into collections. Their response was since they letter was address to my wife and went my house it was on me. I am sorry but it’s been 18 months and made sure all of her debit been paid and stopped open up mail address to her. I have been to the office for at least two visit since this “bill” was sent and nobody brought it up. I asked how can I fix this issue and was told I cannot. My son has really bad asthma and even asked if they can get me one last refill since finding a new doctor and getting in right away would take a few months. Same answer we can’t help you."

"We have been going here for years. Since the pandemic the office has gone down hill fast. Went in last week for an annual appointment for my 2 boys. The nurses were not friendly to the point I had to say hello. I have left voicemails all week to get basic information for my son, and called today and their excuse is they are short staffed and they will get back to me as soon as they can. This is a doctor office, turn around time for a basic question should be quicker than 72 hours, now going on 4 days. We will be looking for a new office after 8 years."
