"Talk about subpar. The bartenders can’t handle a medium crowd, so I would hate to see them on a busy night. Their answer to everyone was, “I’ll get to you when I get to you,” is unacceptable. Blaming it on your POS is also an issue. Learn to divide the bar, stay in your section, and cover your people appropriately. They wouldn’t last 15 minutes in the DMV."
