"This is normally our favorite place to go, we’ve had great experiences all the way up until today. There was 4 what looked like middle school girls working. My boyfriend ordered a Reese’s cup cyclone and it took them 10 minutes just to make his. They were laughing and carrying on, gossiping and when one of them dropped his and broke it they just laughed it off and put it in a new cup. Not to mention there was little if ANY Reese’s inside of it. We love this place but maybe they should watch who they’re hiring especially if they don’t know how to act properly when working."

"You know this place is a real local favorite to anyone who lives in Sidney, but this last trip through here really got me thinking that they really need to re-train their ice cream artists. My wife and I picked up peanut butter sundaes and they came out looking like a bowl of mashed potatoes and gravy. Although the flavor was ok, the look was not very appealing."
