"We thought this was a single store mom and pop, but it's actually a chain. Our group consensus was that the menu was too big, so we each settled on a go-to. The wings were huge and heavily breaded. The fish wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst. The steak sandwich was a bit tough for our friend. I wouldn't go out of my way for it, but would return if it was nearby."
"After waiting 90 minutes and our waitress "checking on it" 3 times, we asked them to cancel our order only to find out "the kitchen lost our ticket". Pretty sure that means the waitress never actually checked on it like she said she would. It wasn't terribly busy when we got there, maybe 7-10 tables were full including ours. I saw at least 5 waitresses so staffing out front was adequate as well...not sure how a ticket gets lost in the kitchen, but it is what it is, I guess. We will think twice or more, if we ever return"
