Ming's Bubble Tea

"The tapioca bubbles tasted like chlorine in both our drinks. The thai tea was lacking, worst thai tea even compared to cheap canned versions. The Taro tasted like the smell of carnation flowers? It's so loud in there as there is no sound absorption. The bubble waffles looked good. Never again."

"Decided to pay 5$ for the cotton candy machine, and this is the piece of junk that came out. Worst part is that the workers were very rude and completely uninterested in helping me. They even said “it’s edible is it not” like i’m supposed to pay 5$ for a design i didn’t get. Then they said the machine wasn’t working, then why would they have it turned on?? They started to get mad at me just trying to get this fixed. Never giving this terrible place my money ever again."

"Ming's Bubble Tea was my first taste of bubble tea and it's delicious. I have not looked back. I first visited the Kent and was very excited when they opened one in Hudson, Ohio right near the library. They have such good service and great tasting tea that it is often quite crowded. Good job Ming employees."

"I have been to this bubbly tea restaurant several times now and ordered different items along with asking questions. Here is what I found out. They offer 2 "real" teas green tea and black tea. Everything else here is a powder. I have no idea what is in the powders. They do not list any ingredients. We asked for the Oreo cookie drink to be made with green tea and we're told no. It is only made with black tea. I asked if that is because it's made in advance but was again told that it could only be made with black tea. Maybe that's because the whole thing is made from a powder I don't know it's hard to get any information. I've been to other bubble tea restaurants in big cities and they offer many types of loose tea like jasmine green tea, etc. However, at this facility, you can only get green tea or black tea and some kind of mysterious powder for everything else."
