"Heartwood is my wife and my go-to place for coffee in Hudson. I'm hesitant to say that because I don't really want it to attract more attention. It's often very busy and difficult to find a table at certain hours. The coffee is excellent and the food is too. We usually go with the quinoa bowl and the yogurt and granola bowl to supplement our coffee. I was a little disappointed yesterday because the tomatoes didn't seem quite right, but all things considered it was great."

"I traveled to Hudson, Ohio & while there found a cozy little coffee shop. The Heartwood Coffee Roasters caught my eye, so I stopped in to have a cup. The shop is definitely popular with the local crowd, it was busy for sure. As I waited to order, I like the vibe & atmosphere, very inviting & calm. The staff were pleasant & helpful, assisted me with making my coffee selection & food order. I decided on the chocolate latte & breakfast sandwich. My order was up quick & then I made my way over to the last table available. I sat and enjoyed my hot & tasty coffee, the chocolate was the perfect amount, it was overpowering. I then moved on to the scrumptious breakfast sandwich. I truly enjoyed my morning & glad that I stopped to have coffee there. If you like a great cup of coffee, I strongly recommend you give this place a try."

"Heartwood is one of our favorite coffee roasters and shops in northeast Ohio! Always quality service and products, you know what you’re going to get. Interesting and ambitious seasonal drinks too that are always worth a try!"

"Inside has a work-away-from-home/meeting-friendly atmosphere. We choose to sit outside as the weather was beautiful. The staff accommodated my request. The smoked maple latte was surprisingly pleasant."

"Update review: 2022 Still the BEST coffee around. Max makes the best Cortado around. It’s very hard to find a good Cortado up here in the Northeast area. Down to Miami Florida no problem. With one exception here at Hearthwood coffee roasters in Hudson. Max has perfected the Cortito. It makes me want to come here every single day. The price is right too. $2.50 just like many places in Florida. They make a fantastic Americano too. This coffee shop has a beautiful interior with a mezzanine and outside seating. This location also has a semi private room with some children’s toys and books off to the side. A great place for a meeting or to entertain a child while you’re enjoying coffee with your adult friend. They recently added a very comfortable couch in their seating area too. The people are friendly and welcoming. Just a great way to start your day."
