Starbucks

"It's always a hit or miss at this location. With that said, it is the busiest location in Ohio. If you expect consistency with your visits; you will not get that here. In my photos, you can see my order ticket. What I got was gross watered down coffee on top of a splash of milk for $8+. You don't wanna be the one holding up the line any further by asking them to remake. I try to remember the one in Dover when on 77, there's no sign on the HWY, so it's typically empty, and because of that, it is very fast and correct."

"Extremely slow, no sense using the app. They prioritize café and drive thru orders. We watched as over a dozen people came in and ordered inside and left before our mobile order of over 30 minutes was finally prepared."

"I get its Christmas Eve but I stopped earlier in the day when I was out shopping and service was terrible. Extremely long wait times even for people getting 1 or 2 items. I’m glad I won’t be back to this location. I stopped here because it was time convenient. Highly recommend the one on Whipple in canton or the one in Massillon Marketplace (: excellent baristas and management at those locations."

"It's a nice Starbucks. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Service times are remarkably quick too because each time I've been here the drive thru was jam packed with quite a few people inside, and I don't think I would've got my order any quicker if I was the only customer there. If you like Starbucks, you'll like this Starbucks too. Just want to say thanks to the staff for brightening my day a little with each visit. Your service is exemplary. Oh, and the sugar plum danishes are freaking delicious. The seasonal brews have been great as well."

"I am surprised at how good the drinks are (admittedly, that's what happens when you combine caffeine and lots of fat and sugar, but they have perfected it). The baristas in every store are always incredibly helpful and kind and efficient. I usually only buy when there is a discount, so that helps bring down the overpriced coffee to a more appropriate cost. My real complaint is that the brand new Dover location was built as a drive thru only. If I am taking my drink to go, it will be from a cheaper place. A coffee shop is an experience to enjoy, not to rush through only behind the wheel. This place isn't nearly as popular as the other Starbucks, and I blame the lack of in restaurant seating. For me, I drive past this SB that is a few blocks from my house and I go to a different coffee shop so I can go inside. And if it has to be Starbucks, I usually drive too New Philadelphia so I can go inside."
