"Food is really good. And yes I did eat it despite what I saw…. The service here has always been slower…but recently it’s been very, very slow & I know it’s not the staffs’ fault. There didn’t seem to be a manager to help direct things? The poor hostess seemed lost and was having a hard time dealing with some difficult customers who refused to wait for a table behind the rest of us. Overall, we waited 1.5 hours for a table and our food. We were told it would only be about 20mins for everything. We sat near the kitchen and saw some gross stuff - waitresses grabbing fries with their bare hands and plating them. I saw one of the line cooks with longer hair in his face and eating food while preparing plates as well. No hair nets or properly worn (or none at all) hats on anyone with long hair. I also saw kitchen staff not change their gloves after throwing out trash or clearing dirty dishes, etc. It was crazy busy, but you still have to be sanitary."

"Ordered door dash. Dashed showed up and delivery time kept changing. Took over a hour to get "cold" food delivered to a home less than a mile away (elderly unable to leave home). Spoke to dasher and she apologized and said No one at the restaurant would even acknowledge she was there for almost 30 minutes. RIDICULOUS! Use to love going there when I was able but I guess home delivery is a inconvenience to them sadly. Med Rare steak Completely overcooked! Neighbors dog gives 5 stars!"

"The service was good along with the atmosphere. It's very nice, clean and organized. We didn't like their ketchup and wished they carried Hunts ketchup but the food was delicious. I highly recommend it."

"Walking into this place, I expected to receive sub par fried bar food. I was very hesitant to order anything with vegetables (as that is not typically a bars specialty). But the very friendly waitress assured me they were good, and she was right! I was very pleased with my chicken gyro and broccoli side. My husband had the fish and chips. Great food, great service, and reasonable prices to boot!"

"First but certainly not our last trip. From the outside, it seemed like a hole in the wall old time factory bar. They've recently remodeled their facade. Inside it still is, but we ended up sitting outdoors. I'd go back and sit inside. The bar was busy but not loud or rowdy. The Jalepeno Burger was delicious and brought some heat. The side of penne was good. The marinara a tiny bit runny but great flavor. My wife got the haddock and enjoyed it. Her fresh cut fries were more than she could eat so I had to help. J-N-G homemade ketchup was tasty. The Pirate ketchup spicy but very good. Prices seemed high until the food arrived. Very good for the amount received. The service was better than average. So was our tip. Once again, I forgot to snap a photo until my food was almost gone. That's always a great sign. Don't go for the ambiance. But do go. And go for the food, the service, and the price. We're just sorry it took us so many years for our first visit. It won't be long before our next."
