"Shattered my ankle and it is always quite swollen and painful. Walked in to lucky Fairlawn and explained I needed something supportive that still looked nice. Gentleman said I know just the thing. He brought back a pair of ankle boots. Black, weatherproof but not too clunky. Wide opening that folds in and fastens with Velcro. And he recognized due to swelling I needed wider fit. They are so comfortable and supportive I wear nothing else. The only place I will go now."

"Very nice, professionally staffed shoe store. Not your run of the mill, cheap quality chain store. Quality product and knowledge at fair prices. Mate Kovacs is the best. Spends time with you. Properly fits you. Always has a joke or story and he actually helped cure my plantar faciitis. Came back a second time with my fiance and he treated her the same. From what I seen as I walked around, I don't think you can go wrong with any sales associate at Lucky."

The staff is always very helpful and friendly, and makes sure that you are getting shoes that are the best fit for you! I love how honest they are about the shoe industry! Yes, most of their shoes are $$$, but it is worth the investment, especially if you have trouble finding shoes that are comfortable to stand in all day!
