"I go to this location instead of the one 5 minutes from my house because 1. Their coffee is ALWAYS good (and consistent), 2. The staff is ALWAYS courteous and friendly, and 3. They ALWAYS get me in and out! I always get a hot, medium coffee with cream and sugar and one extra cream. That's how I request it and it's always good! I love this place!"

"I discovered this place a few months ago, when we moved in up the road. I don't think I have experienced a cleaner, friendlier, more efficient, better run [place/business] anywhere. That goes for offices, eateries, banks, whatever. I doubt there has ever been even a stray napkin on the floor for more than three minutes. A table left needing a wipedown, no way that would ever happen. The staff is polite and respectful to customers, and to each other, which is even more important in the long run. It's probably very hard to stand out in the Dunkin' universe, but they do it day in and day out."
