"Agree with the comments above on customer service. Sometimes only 1 person (Travis) runs the whole store and he has a racist attitude. 1. He provided a $10 discount to the customer before me when the customer complained about the 50% discount. When I asked for the same, he mentioned that the system could not be changed. 2. On another occasion, did an exchange. Since JAB did not have the inventory, he mentioned that the item would be shipped to my residence. Unfortunately, did not check the receipt and only when I talked to customer service understood that the item did not have shipping info. Went back to the store and Travis had me wait till he took care of all the other customers in the store. He mentioned that he could talk to Customer Service only after taking care of in store customers. I ended up calling customer service who called Travis back - he let the phone ring for a long time before picking it up. 3. Another instance where Jen had to help Travis since he said he could not match the online item price. The store has had poor customer service since Monica (prior management) transitioned to another store. She had a good team and most of the 5 star reviews are from that team. Barry is the only person remaining from that stellar team. Too bad the Hudson JAB is on a downward spiral.."
