"This store sucks they don't have a lot of selections with tennis shoes some of their tennis shoe bottoms feel fake slippery rubbery then the prices are too high and the prices that are low they don't have your size every time I go in the store I'm always in there over 30 minutes because I can't decide which shoe I want if I even walk out with any shoes oh and one more thing you will be lucky if you find someone to help you get tennis shoes otherwise you will be just standing around"

"My sixteen year old daughter purchased a pair of Ugg’s for her one year old sister and they were 1 size too small. Of course she didn’t have the receipt. I just can’t believe we couldn’t even get a larger size without the receipt. Never again will she nor I will ever go to that store again."
"I left the store with “WOW” experience. Staff went above and beyond to help me!!! I came in to get an exchange for a different size. Size i needed was not available and staff called the store near to make sure the size i was looking for was available. They wrote down directions on how to get to the other store and even walked me to my car to make sure i am safe. Talk about excellent people skills and enjoying working with people. I am definitely returning back when i need a new pair of shoes. God bless you guys!"
"Clerk kept walking off. Only brought me one shoe after I told him I wanted to try on both. Requested 3 diff shoes only brought out one of my selection. Ended up asking if this was a busy time cause I could always go to one on superior and Euclid for better service (I was on st Clair & 105). Only 2 customers in the store. Not happy with service...handed me a shoe to try on with paper stuffed in the toe & strings stuffed inside shoe... very sad service I won't return here."
