"My wife and I were out shopping the mall today and saw the vans store. Decided to stop in to browse was immediately greeted by a staff member. Not in that annoying type of way either. Polite and respectful and all around pleasant. Informed us of all sales and promotions going on and then gave us the chance to browse. The way shopping is meant to be. Eventually we found some shoes we were interested in and the gentleman quickly responded and checked sizes for us and recommended I go a half size up, he knows his products very well as it was a perfect fit for me. Sadly my wife shoe was not in that size she saw another pair which also was not in her size but he returned with a pair we missed and it was absolutely the best recommendation. Thank you Vans and a huge thank you to the employee Andrew. We really appreciate all of your help and due to this Vans now has 2 new customers whom you will be seeing again. If 10 stars was an option it would of been a 10 star visit thanks to Andrew."

"Best customer service ever! This entire team! I’ve been in this store atleast 3 times this year and the entire team has been great! Today we went in for an exchange and that turned into a sale because they truly know how to sell! Great job you guys! I’ve been in retail 24 years and seeing your customer service makes me so proud!!!! You guys rock!!!!"

"Horrible experience. Ordered shoes online for Christmas and opted to pick up in store. The day after I ordered, I got a notification saying the order was picked up. I ignored it and assumed it just meant it was ready/arrived at the store. I came to find out they gave the order I paid for to someone else. Odd that they put in their system I showed ID to verify it’s me, when I never came to pick up the order. I got a refund, but that means nothing when my sibling won’t have the Xmas gift they wanted in time. So either they just give things other people ordered to any old person who walks in without requesting information, or one of their managers is stealing and putting in their system that the people they steal from showed ID and picked up the order. Wouldn’t recommend, and will never order here again."

"So one girl working the register on a Saturday while people arguing with her over a sale price and other employees standing around doing nothing with a second register, separated by a barrier goes unused. Snobby, snotty kids who work here say “only one register due to social distancing”. No wonder why stores like this are closing. Could’ve ordered online and got better service... from another store."

"I have a special sized shoe (15-16 depending on the make), and finding shoes in the mall is a pain to say the least. I love Vans shoes and have since I was a teenager: more than 20 years. I had an idea what I wanted and explained my special shoe size expecting them to not have much and was I wrong! The person working listened and said I know what I think you'll like and came back with the perfect shoe! I couldn't be happier with my purchase there and intend on going back soon."
