"I manage another store in the mall and stopped in to grab a pair of boots, since the weather was AWFUL & I didn't quite prepare before heading to work. When I walked in, there were two employees - one with red/pink hair, and another in a gray hoodie. They were standing in the back corner talking to two other people who seemed to be about the same age, probably friends. But very clearly not customers. Not one of them acknowledged me. They literally turned, looked at me, then turned back around and continued their conversation. The girl with pink hair was showing them pictures on her phone, talking about what colors she's done her hair in the past. I stood there just patiently waiting for someone to acknowledge that I was right in front of them. Nothing for a solid 5 or so minutes. The other associate in the hoodie eventually came over and I got what I needed. But the girl with pink hair never broke conversation and never even looked at me. I couldn't even tell you which one was supposed to be in charge - but omg. Talk about a dead awful experience. As a manager, I cannot even begin to imagine my team behaving this way; not greeting customers, not offering assistance, not even a smile. Nothing. I was invisible in this store until I stood there long enough for them to realize I wasn't just going to walk out. Clearly this team is in need of some leadership."

"Me along with several other parents allowed our graduating 8th graders to attend the mall together (for such a great year and new marking in life) although we were all skeptical (aka terrified). However, when I asked my son how was his adventure, we’re they being “profiled” or anything and he said no. He said that the staff in Journeys was actually the best and they were very helpful and understanding of them just being children enjoying their independence. I would like to thank the staff that where there during the day of 5/27/2023! You all may my day giving these kids a great experience! They also enjoy their very stylish crocs!"

"(I'm sorry if I spell their names wrong) I could not find a pair of converse shoes for MILES. And I walked in to this store about 10 min until close and Rayean and Cionniel were freaking awesome! They were unbothered by my last minute shopping and helped me find the shoes I need, and they showed me this spray they have to help keep these clean which is a God send. The next pair of shoes I need I know who I am going too. I really appreciate their dedication to make me, the customer feel important and made sure I was taken care of!"

"Exceptional hospitality and service. I just had chemo a few days ago and ended up feeling really unwell, they let me sit and relax in their store, called security for us, and got me a water. Kindest gesture, do not remember their names but they all were so positive and sweet! They deserve to be recognized! (2/23/2020) it was around 3pm."

"Definitely the best shoe store experience! Emily is the BEST! She was so knowledgeable when purchasing my grandaughter's first pair of Vans. Although they did not have her 6.5 size Emily was able to make a quick call and located them at CrockerPark. Kudos to Emily...she definitely knows how to put her customer's first"
