"I have been approved by my insurance for several vein proceedures as a medical necessity. My first procedure was done by Dr. Zadeh several weeks ago. I waited about 45 min in the waiting room and then was taken to a room to put on my gown for my procedure. I then waited another 45 minutes in a gown while listening to the Dr. Have a business meeting with one of his suppliers in the next room. Ok. Fine. Today, I showed up for my 2:45pm appointment 15 minutes early. Several patients came in after me, but we're seen before me. They worked through an entire waiting room full of people. Finally at 4pm I thought, enough. Not only have I waited all this time, but what quality of care will I receive as the next to last patient on a day where they are obviously running WAY behind. I went up to the counter to cancel my appointment. The person at the desk had the nerve to ask why. I said "because my appointment was for 2:45 and its now 4pm." He then said "but you're next.".....No thanks. I don't want a rush job at the end of a busy day. He may be a great doctor, but it's just rude to over schedule to this extent. I'll go elsewhere, or just do without."
