"I’d love to see you, but your answering service and office secretaries will not return calls. You are losing money and patients because of this. I called 2 times (a few days apart) and left voice messages, sent a message through the website, and even emailed with the office manager and she spoke with your secretaries. 2 days later, still no call back. I’ll find a new doctor, but if you value your reputation and making money, they are killing it. EDIT: oddly enough, an hour after posting this review I got a call back. They said they were sorry I was having trouble reaching them. I respect how they turned it around to be my problem."
"I cannot ask for a better pulmonologist doctor I’ve been going to Dr. Haddad for five years now and He is truly A magnificent doctor. Dr. Haddad save my life I developed pneumonia in both lungs and COPD I was on a respirator for 3 1/2 weeks. Now I’m OK thanks to Dr. Haddad Now I see him occasionally and I can’t say enough about him and his staff is wonderful."
"Called at 1230 on a Thursday and spoke to an answering service. They hung up on me when I asked if I called the right number for Dr. Basem Haddad. Upon callback the lady was snooty and spoke to me as if I was an inconvenience. This review is for the doctors “answering service” and not Basem Haddad, MD."
