"I've had nothing but bad experiences with this practice and wouldn't give them any stars if it were an option. The customer service is terrible and they have not solved any of the issues that I have had. I was given terrible hearing aids and after they broke they were unwilling to help me repair or issue me new ones. They just really treated me very poorly and could have been more accommodating to my needs to which they were not. I would not recommend this business to anyone and to stay far away from this practice as possible!!"
