MRG Exams

"Absolutely the worst company to receive an exam through. Stay away at all costs. I was sent to this company via the Dept. of Veterans Affairs through Optum, and sent me to a provider by the name of Hope Enyenihi, an NP, who rented out a room at an urgent care to give me my evaluation. It has since been over 30 days and the the provider has not sent back the examination to the VA. has not even filled out the questionnaires for a claim through the VA. This is highly unprofessional and MRG has no control over the contractors they chose for these exams. Imagine going to a doctor who does tests on you and does not provide ANY feedback for over 30 days to you. This is is how MRG treats the veterans of this nation. Absolute disgrace. If this is how they do business imagine the quality of the care they provide. Unbelievable, stay away from this company."

"Dr. Caylor is OUTSTANDING! Took the time to review my records on my knee and back, and found several mistakes by the VA to include them saying I had a total knee replacement in 2008 which I did NOT. Appreciate the attention to detail and finding these mistakes and putting the correct diagnosis in for my knee! Would go here again in a heartbeat! Thank you!"
