Jay's Furniture Direct

"Called and found out they wasn't open on Sunday witch made me feel great about them because of my Christian beliefs. So I went there on Monday and they had a sign that says they were closed and would be back open Tuesday , went back on Tuesday and no one was there so we called they answered and said they were at there other store and someone would be there in a hour or so to open the store, so after 2 hours she called and they told her there was someone there now and they were open so we drove back down there and as you probably already guessed still after being lied to on the phone no one was there and they were still closed. Dishonesty at it's fullest not to mention waist of my time and gas because of it done with them also and don't recommend them to anyone,, and if I digit to mention my wife was having a double mastectomy on Wednesday and they were told that why we needed the chair and they still just bluntly lied to her marking her go there at least 3 times for no reason knowing she's weak from the Chemo and annoy to have surgery. That tells me there reason for being closed on Sunday wasn't what I was thinking"

"We needed new recliners. We decided to go to Jay's Furniture Direct. Looking at their reviews and speaking with Crystal Eskins to ask for a good time to find her working. Getting there we found the store to be clean, uncluttered, important to me as I use a wheelchair . The staff was very friendly , Crystal accompanied us as we looked around. She was helpful , patient, and very personable. Offered advice when asked , assured they could get the color and texture we sought. I am 70 and have had many furniture purchases over time. Nothing came close to the experience Crystal gave us. Even after the sale she happily answered questions. People such as Crystal should be a blessing to to service any business. I hope your employer knows what a wonderful representative you are. You made our visit and I will recommend anyone looking for furnishings make Jay's and Crystal their first stop."

"I went to Jay's to find a mattress for my bed and Steve the sales person helped me find the right one for me. He was very helpful and courteous!! I will definitely go back for any future furniture needs! My new queen size mattress was delivered by Gage and Kev and they did a great job setting up my new bed. Thank you! Thank you Crystal. "Literally went in and got the best service ever. They had a selection of very high quality furniture and few luxurious items we haven’t seen anywhere else. We were not there long and was able to get a whole living room suit picked out and set for delivery without any issues. Steve explained everything and was very knowledgeable and attentive to our decorative requests and budget. Steve, Brittani, and the rest of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. 10/10 ⭐️ Definitely recommend!!!! Go to Jay’s and furnish your home!"
