"I really love Krispy Kreme. They have amazing products , food , drinks etc. However, I am appalled by the customer service at this location. I ordered online. I went through the drive thru to pick up my order and was told rudely by the associate thst I had to come inside. Once inside , I was asked " what do I want ?" again rudely by another employee. Then I can over hear un professional conversations going on between the workers. Telling each other to shut their big mouths and whatever else. Then after 10 mins of standing awkwardly, they finally push my order onto the counter and again rudely go " here " as a way to get me to (grab my things and go) basically. What a ridiculous staff. NO professionalism and customer service is out the window. Just be prepared in case you order from this location. They seem bothered just by a customers presence in the store. Again, food fine. Service bad."

"The people inside were super friendly and polite! They were ready to take our order as soon as we walked in with smiles on their faces! Did Russell totally cool with us not knowing what we wanted and gave us a minute to look!"

"This store is a joke. It doesn’t even deserve the mandatory one star I’m forced to give in order to review. Half the time, they are closed when they advertise that they open at 6am. I have been several different times at 8:30am or later and they have still been closed. The customer service is atrocious, and they don’t even bother to make the specialty donuts they advertise. I have taken my son 3 separate times this December, only for him to be disappointed each time because they don’t have any of the donuts they claim to offer, and the likelihood of getting a fresh donut is slim to none. Either get staff that will do their job, or close the place down so we can have something worth it in Sun Center Plaza! We will not be back."

"All I can say is wow! The morning ladies who helped me make it right as a dasher for the customer, really speaks volumes about this location! This has never happened to me. Also very clean and fully stocked. And they proudly give that free hot donut to whoever comes in. If I could give this place a 10 I would!!!!"

"The shop looked really depressing. As soon as I got inside I wanted to leave. No greetings, no smiles, I had the feeling that customers are not welcome in the store because this is more work for them! One day I ordered mini doughnuts online the night before the delivery day, I even chose the delivery time 30mn before they close. The next day while at work, they call me 45mn before closing telling me there are out of mini doughnuts. Not only I made the order almost 24h ahead of time, but I didn’t take the order at work like planned for my coworkers and couldn’t make another delivery because they were closing soon. 5 days later I wanted to check the store by myself and didn’t like it at all. I still ordered mini doughnuts and asked the reason why I haven’t received an email about the refund I was supposed to get from the order cancellation. The manager came later with a what looks like an order number for refund that was made immediately that day! If I didn’t ask then I wouldn’t have received my money! Also the manager didn’t neither apologize for the cancellation that day nor for forgetting to refund me. Very disappointing experience! I don’t think I’ll be back there."
