Plus, today they wouldn’t honor my coupon for any size hot or iced coffee because they don’t consider a latte coffee. So are you telling me they don’t make a latte with coffee grounds? The coupon does not say it excludes other hot coffee beverages. I’m confident I’m right on this one."
"We ordered the chocolate glazed donut and they put the wrong donut in the bag. They just threw this donut inside of the main bag. And the icing on top rubbed off into the bag. GrubHub was on top of it though. Got my order in about 15 minutes."
