"I was buying cigarettes, a drink, and a cookie and two eggrolls. They charge me $39 and some change. After purchasing I want a receipt to see why it was so expensive. The receipt showed me I was supposed to bought José Cuervo margarita mix costing $15. I showed the lady before I walked out and she said. There is no refunds. She called her supervisor. Supervisor said no refunds. The computer they want to use is broken. Why can’t we get a refund on something we did not purchase. So all I Gotta say about Circle K is there is very bad other customer. It’s sad because they are not trying to help their customers."

Shannon gave clear and specific instructions on the benefits of each. I ended up with a perfect option for myself, as well as the appropriate option for a family member. "You guys added a self checkout. I DO NOT WORK AT CIRCLE K. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO RING MYSELF OUT. Yall purposely close your registers while your "cashiers" just stand there. Absolutely ridiculous."
"UPDATE: Now their pumps screens don't work right... Pumps 1 & 2 touch screens don't work so you can't get your receipt! I told the manager but they haven't fixed it yet. Very inconvenient and no one cares. I get gas here often, but I'm frustrated that the pumps are always out of receipt paper and I have to walk inside, wait in line, and get my receipt. Also, when I try to call, their phone number is ALWAYS busy. I'm going to start going somewhere else because of these issues."
