Dr. Francis Ogbolu, DO

"I had a surgery at Kettering Health and a follow up at the ER of Kettering Health. From there they instructed me to contact Francis Ogbolu. I contacted his practice. It took 2 calls until I received a call back (first negative experience). We set up an appointment and since my injury was a "workplace accident" and therefore covered by workers comp, I asked whether they take worker's comp. The person at the phone didn't know and said that she wanted to check and get back with me. Since she didn't call, I called again after the weekend and learned that they don't take worker's comp. This office should have called me back and should have told me that (as she promised to do) they don't take worker's comp and not just IGNORE me. I don't know about the quality of the doctor, but his office certainly sucks!!!!"

"I have had four surgeries with Dr. Ogbolu and every one was successful and on point. This past Monday, January 30, 2023, Dr. Ogbolu went in and Lazer a 6 mm kidney stone and other than it hurting when I urinated all went as expected. My prior surgery was a little different and they didn't get all of the stones removed and I ended back in the ER after 3 hours of being home. I ended up passing the stones. Dr. Ogbolu is very professional and always has a smile on his face and has always answered my question. My past surgery, they actually worked me in so that they could get me in for surgery. His staff is also very helpful and very professional. I would recommend Dr. Ogbulo for any urinary issues as I have never had any issues with him or his staff."

"Dr Ogbolu is an excellent doctor. I’ve never had any trouble with the care I’ve received from him. However, the last few months I’ve had nothing but problems as far as getting my refills. I do what I’m required to do, I go to my appointments, I have my blood tests done and all I ask is to have my refills called in when they’re promised. I drive a truck and am gone all week. So I need to get my refills on my home time usually Saturday and Sunday. Countless times I’ve tried to pick up my prescription after it’s been promised, just to have the pharmacist say they’re waiting on a response from the doctor. I was promised a refill would be called in on Tuesday. I tried to pick it up on Saturday and they can’t fill it until they get orders from the doctor. Also his staff is very hard to work with and in my opinion unprofessional. I’ve been a patient of Dr O for many years and sadly I think it’s time to change physicians"

"he showed up in the emergency room and got the job done which is why I give him 2 stars, but thoroughly disgusted with his actions after. I called his office to ask a question and all I would get was go to the ER. 3 times at ER and my son was still bleeding and I called his office angry and was told he would call and he didn't. Then my family doctor called his office asking him to call me and he still didn't. totally unacceptable! looking at his reviews, seems this is common for him."

"I have had two operations done with Dr. Ogbolu and both have been without issues. Kidney stone removal and the latest a vasectomy. Straight forward and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to him."
