"Came here to buy Uggs and a pair of crocs and the salesperson was nice . However when it came to ringing up my items I don’t believe she scanned my code because no money was taken off but yet she said it was. After I received my receipt she took .19 cents off and I was suppose to get $10 off $50 and when I go to my account on journeys it says I never even made a purchase today so idk whose rewards she put in but it was not mine so I’m really bothered that she lied and didn’t give me my $10 off. "Recently I went to journeys to get shoes for my daughters birthday, a gentleman named Noah greeted us and in mid conversation a young girl rudely interrupted us, I wasn’t able to get her name as she didn’t have a name tag on. After about waiting for 10-15 minutes for Noah or this girl to return with no more help I left and went and bought her shoes from Vans. I hope this is not how all customers are treated’"
"I’ve always been a loyal journeys customer especially with the stores Noah has worked at since he has always been so helpful, but recently this younger girl who I have seen before keeps him very distracted I have to wait every time to be greeted and it once took 15 whole minutes for me to get a pair of shoes to try on. wether it be disorganized stock room or distraction I am very displeased with my recent experiences."
