"Had injury at work went to Occuhealth days later because the pain was getting worse. After waiting an 1hr 10min because they forgot about me. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Lawerence Kale the most rude, unprofessional, disrespectful doctor I’ve ever meet! He never did any assessment on me! Never gave me any advise! Terrible bed side manners! My advise to anyone that is going to Occuhealth make sure you call before coming in and ask who the doctor is and if they mention Dr. Kale schedule a different appointment!"

"Had an appointment for a new hire physical. Everything ran smoothly, From the urine drug screen, blood work, eye exam, and visit from the provider. Everyone was kind and professional."

"I made an appointment with a very cool doctor for my return to work verification. I drove all the way from my home in Tecumseh MI, only to find out they didn't have an appointment for me. They couldn't tell me who I had spoken with. They seemed to blame ME for this problem. This is customer/patient mistreat, plain and simple. I had my 10 year old daughter with me. They said they would see me, but that my child "wasn't allowed in the clinic". I couldn't leave my little girl alone in the lobby... what parent would?? When I asked what they had against children, they said it was a "safety issue". Really? So is leaving a 10 year old child unattended in the waiting room, especially with all the perverts and domestic terrorists these days. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted with the "service" here... unacceptable. I will never set foot in this clinic again, unless required by my employer."

"I found Occuhealth under Urgent care and called them to see if they accept my insurance and accept walk-ins. The young lady on the phone was highly rude and exclaimed, We are not Urgent care! Although she heard me trying to ask her further questions, she hung up in my face. Very unprofessional. Think twice before leaving these people in charge of your health if this their treatment to someone who they thought needed urgent medical care."

"I was seen at this facility for a work place injury. Long story short.....do not go here. The physician does not listen to you as a patient. Because my MRI was negative, she sent me back to work in terrible pain. I begged her to let me get a second opinion, she refused to listen to me. I used my private insurance to see a surgeon. The surgeon did another test with CT scan that showed I have a tear in the annula of my disc. I have been off of work for greater than 5 months without a paycheck because of the first physician. Because she said there is nothing wrong with me, workmens comp is fighting me every step of the way. BEWARE!!! Stay away from this facility."
