"I went in to pick up my sport coats that were altered and they still do not fit. I decided to just buy a couple new ones and a few pair of jeans until the female manager voluntarily inserted herself into the conversation I was having with her representative. Her disrespectful attitude and tone towards a lifelong customer was extremely unattractive as she spoke to me with contempt and sarcasm. Who does this lady think she is? Now i’m stuck with 3 sport coats that don’t fit and I still need a new wardrobe. Total bumber because I like their products but I refuse to shop somewhere that treats people like that. Also, if she’s like that with customs I can’t imagine what she’s like to her employees."
"Didn’t seem like anyone knew what they were doing. The communication was VERY poor. Spent 20 mins trying on and finding suits, and mentioning a dozen times we wanted to rent, then they lost our choices because they were “purchase only” suits. We waited for another 20 minutes before someone came to help again and tell us that. My wedding day is close and I had to leave and walk away due to the workers failing to keep us in the loop."
"I ordered a suit online for a last minute funeral. Something got messed up and I was told that it wouldn’t get to me in time. When I went into the Toledo store the manager went above and beyond to help me get fitted and into a similar suit the same day. 10/10 would recommend. Friendly and helpful staff and a full selection of options!"
"My husband outgrew all four of his other suits, but that's a long story for a different day. He needed one for an event that we're leaving for soon—five days away! We headed over to the Men's Warehouse, me with a tight grip on my pocketbook. Keaton helped us find not just one, but two good quality suits. The price was reasonable and they were able to hem the pants right away, so that we could pick them up the next day. We also found a tie that matches my dress with mauve highlights. My favorite department store (starts with an M) had nearly the same suits BUT very few size 50 jackets, and if we found the pants, the jackets were not available. Bottom line, if you need a suit and you need it right away, Men's Warehouse is a solid bet. (Thank you, Keaton, for your patience and expertise!)"
