"Mine was not a good experience with Toledo Cardiology Consultants. I was referred to them by my PCP in May. Dr. Kanaan recommended an invasive procedure with a non-invasive option. No one called to schedule the test for 2+ weeks, till I called them to express discomfort with the invasive procedure risk and asked for the non-invasive option – a CTA referral. Instead of ordering a Coronary CTA, the doctor ordered the wrong test – a CT Chest scan subjecting me to unnecessary radiation and extra bills. Everyone I met afterwards, suggested that the doctor had ordered the wrong test. At my follow up appointment Doctor Kanaan admitted the mistake by his office but later had his assistant blame it on the hospital scheduler instead. How is that possible? Isn’t the doctor responsible for what he orders? Isn’t it his responsibility to ensure that his patient undergoes the correct care? They never bothered to follow up with the procedure scheduling, or procedure results and generally didn’t care about my current & future treatment. He might be a qualified cardiologist but to me it seems the focus was more on milking my insurance and not on patient care. After wasting my time with them, I ultimately moved to a new provider."

"Hard to not give 5 stars to a team of heart specialists that saved my life. Several years ago, went for a routine stress test and failed. I was immediately sent to St. Vincent Hospital Heart Center where this team of doctors put in stents that cleared the blockage. Ever since then, Dr Kabour and everyone at the office has been fantastic, informative and willing to listen to any issues. Thank you!"
