"Service is always great, I'm convinced the people who get bad service are just whiny boomers who bully customer service people. All the baristas have always been lovely, and I've never had a bad drink from here! They're often on the slower side, but that's because they're RIGHT NEXT TO THE TURNPIKE, which was conveniently left out in the bad reviews. They're great, but if you're in a rush I'd recommend holding off on that coffee. They absolutely get the turnpike traffic!"

"Coffee ALWAYS tastes like water at this location. Ordered a peppermint mocha and it tasted like watered down hot chocolate. Ordered a gingerbread latte this time, no flavor at all and watered down. No cinnamon topping either. I never have this problem at any of the other locations (Kent and Stow are great)! Avoid, avoid, avoid!"
"Experienced the worst service I have ever experienced at a location. So much so that it prompted me to write my first ever review. From the cashier who seemed like he did not want to be bothered taking our order and tossing of our food on the counter, to the barista who would not acknowledge that the sandwich they served us was incorrect and did not make an attempt to correct the wrong. I hope the district manager sees this review and considers retraining their employees in customer service. Absolutely an abhorrent customer experience."
