"Customer service between the restaurant and APP are terrible. Placed an order on the app and paid only to get there and be told my order could not be completed because their espresso machine was broken. I was offered to choose something else off the menu....No, because other items available wouldn't have had the same value.... Asked for a refund instead and was told "you have to do that through the app"... I have been trying for DAYS to get in touch with customer service through the APP without luck. I was charged for 2 drinks I never received and can't seem to get my money back!!! Never again."

"Placed a mobile pick up order. Got to drive through and they told me I couldn't have some of my items that I paid for due to not having them. I wasn't compensated for the like 2 bucks (it's whatever) my food was freezing cold. And they gave me the wrong donut. I get it your busy. But how do you mess up everything in an order."

"There is no enthusiasm or sense of urgency from the employees in this store. Ordered cold coffee half doz donuts and breakfast sandwich. Waited inside almost 20 minutes. Sandwich was cold. Someone needs to re evaluate these employees customer service and sense of urgency."

"Nice staff, but my food is always incorrect. I ask for an egg and cheese wake up wrap every time and today I got a sausage egg and cheese sandwich and last time I got a sausage egg and cheese wrap. My coffee is almost always good, but my food is usually rang up wrong."

"I had recently stopped in on my way home, and ordered a few things, one of which I had used my points on. When I got home, they had given me a wrong item, I had contacted customer service just to get my 200 points back. Granted it was busy so I truly do believe they were just trying to get orders out quickly and efficiently. To say Marie went above and beyond is an understatement. She had gotten back to me very quickly and was able to resolve the issue, quickly and professionally. This is not my local Dunkin but it’s worth the drive can’t wait tell next time!"
