"I paid 12 something dollars for 2 frappes with a 15 dollar gift card. I gave 3 dollar tip before I got my order which I regret. The girl in the window took the card, scanned it and gave me the drinks. The caramel ribbon crunch frappe had no caramel in the drink and tasted like straight vanilla. And then she got back to work without giving me back my card. When I asked about it she looked at me like I was stupid and said there was nothing left. I didn't say anything because I already was in a bad mood but I'm very upset."
"Stopped for a coffee today. Drive up cashier was rude beyond words, dis not a knowledge us just barked an amount at us. Handed one drink and thanks have a good day. We sat there trying to get her attention foe the other drink she walked away. Her replacement was equally as rude. I do not recommend as the service has been getting g increasingly bad."
