"Very grateful they put a sheets down the street a quarter mile. This place has went down hill. The workers are always complaining. But yet always outside on a smoke break. Drive by guaranteed you will see them outside."

"I'm Usually not a complainer when it comes to ordering simple things..this was 3rd time that I stopped in to order quick deep fried stuff and a cookie,the lady walked up and said they don't have any again,and the guy double rang up a cookie..top it off I stood there in line for at least 3 minutes and only one standing there while 2 other worker where at the countr and never akoulesge me..won't be back"

"I go here for lunch on occasion and I have always found the food from this particular GetGo Cafe to be excellent, particularly by gas station standards but their quality is to the level of some casual restaurants. They are generally prompt during the lunch rush despite having had to wait behind a few other orders. The snack items on the shelf are mildly overpriced. Their gas pumps always work properly and I’ve never had any of the issues that other reviewers have complained about. I’m not sure if I’ve just had good luck or if the other reviewers are dishonest rascals making stuff up just to cause trouble."

"Terrible food service staff this morning. Early morning before the rush. I order a breakfast burrito and stand near the pickup window after paying. A timer goes off and I hear the manager complain to the other employee that it's a door dash for drinks and that "they will be waiting 30 minutes" as she unplugs the timer. Mind you I am the only person waiting for an order so she isn't dealing with any sort of a rush. They pass me some food and go to stand outside of the kitchen area. It was a bowl, so I asked if I got the wrong order and if this food belonged to someone else. She said it was mine, to which I responded "can I get it in a burrito". She claims I ordered a bowl and that's how it comes. I tried to correct her that I indeed ordered a burrito, but she scoffs and says no. You can see on the receipt that it clearly says burrito and even includes the words "white tortilla""

"This location has gone completely downhill over the past couple of years. First of all, the usually only have one cashier and the line is always long. Use the self check-out and avoid the line, you say? Great idea! However, it only works about 25% of the time. The times it does work, they give you about 2 square inches to attempt to scan and bag your groceries. Well, as of today, you can only scan your groceries and not bag them. First they decide to get rid of the plastic bags (which I totally understand is bad for the environment), and replace them with small paper bags (small enough for one drink and that's it, like something you would carry a malt beverage in) and now, over the past few days, they don't even have those anymore. No bags at all. So, I asked the cashier at another station if she had any bags, and she practically stared at me like I was an alien and I had to repeat the word "bag" THREE times and she still didn't seem to understand. Are your employees trained to act ignorant in regards to your bag policy? Here is a great suggestion and I'm not sure if you've thought of it before. Maybe you should provide bags to customers and have better service. Just a thought. Oh, also, your fuel at this location seems to be watered down and has been for at least the past 3 years. You may want to look into getting better quality fuel before your company has a bigger issue."
