"I stopped in here @ 9:30 am . The times relevant because of the half dozen donuts freshness ,or lack of I should say.On top of the unfresh donuts they didn't even get the drink order right.. The donuts were harder than a rock, probably had been sitting out as long a rock has to....my only wish,I had the time to pull back thru and bounce one of the " rocks " they gave me, off each one of their big heads....lucky them, time is of the essence today,and I didnt have the time to go back thru this morning."
"We went to Dunkin’ Donuts to buy of all things donuts. Guess what they don’t sell at three in the afternoon. DONUTS. According to the bright and cheerful server once they’re out of donuts in the morning they’re done for the day. You would think at a doughnut store, donuts would be one of the things they would keep in stock all day."
"I mobile ordered a few hours before and set it for the time i would be picking it up. I arrive and they claim they never got my order. I show the lady my order on the app and she says it must have never went through. Well then why do i have an order confirmation and $5 in dunkin charges on my bank account? It did go through, you just lost the order and wont admit it. Told me to get in line and just re order at the counter. I told her I am going to be late for work and asked how long it would take. She said however long the line would be. Umm no. How about you just make my order instead of arguing with me about it? I ordered way ahead of time to avoid this. I ended up leaving. Ridiculous."
"What a trip. The lady at the drive thru seemed like she hated her life. The bacon is so burnt, but so undercooked it’s scary. Outside burnt, seemed like it was cooked in a pile. My husband coffee had chocolate in it? Like syrup? Overall was pretty bad experience."
"Wanted to try the sourdough sandwich I am disappointed! Bread was not toasted! I asked for well done bacon...bacon not well done. Also asked for little tot things to be well done nope. I understand it was busy but if you were not intending on making special requests I should of been told so. Staff was super friendly! Young person at the window was welcoming and polite."
