Dunkin'

"I love Dunkin and this is the location I go to the most due to it being so close to work. However the only issue I have is about 80% of the time they get my coffee wrong. I have even started to do Mobile orders online so when I show up I can grab n go. Yet they a lot of the times miss an ingredient I asked for but it will be on the label. You can always tell if it's made correctly, so I'm sorry but it does annoy me, there's no excuse for it when it's printed out on a label. Like today there was no sugar and no French vanilla but it's on the label. When it's done right I can taste it. Normally I turn the car around walk in and always ask nicely to fix it because I know it can be busy, today I didn't have time to; however I should have to do that either. They are always friendly and have good time management, I just wish they would double check or pay attention to detail more."

"Beware: when you order via the DUNKIN App, staff never put ordered donuts with the order. They are too busy to take simple questions so you must wait in a line to get ordered donuts. If you forget to look, there are NO REFUNDS on your mobile orders. The only option is for them to credit your Dunkin app with “Points”. Truly not work ordering anything more than a drink here."

"I just started working near this location and so far every morning that I've stopped the customer service hasn't disappointed. They are all so very nice and have provided a smile with every cup of coffee I've bought this past week."

"Other people have told me about their problems with this location but until recently I didn't have any issues. I went through the drive through for a hot caramel latte, my usual. When it cooled enough to drink it tasted like hot tea with cream. I was to far away to return. I went to the same Dunkin yesterday. I was short on time so I ordered ahead, first time at this location. Went in when I arrived, waited and when people coming in to the counter and ordering were getting their drinks I waited in line to find out where my order was. The lady taking money picked up my cups next to the register, fingers inside the cup (gross). So, not only was my order not ready it took three times longer to get my coffee. No apology, nothing. They had plenty of employees in the store"

"I am done with DD. The past 4 times I have gotten this coffee, there are grounds. EVERY TIME. I've complained corporately and never hear back. There is a problem with whatever filters you're using. They are too thin. There are ground in every one of my coffees the past 4 times. Different locations, different blends. Upgrade your filters. This is disgusting!"
