Dunkin'

"This dunkin has the longest wait time in line from the time you get your food. I try to not stop here because it's 20 minutes to get a coffee, donut and sandwich/hashbrown. I wi say the girls on register are typically very nice and it's usually clean and dexorated."

"a few days ago I stopped in. I came in the store was a mess, but there was a young lady attempting to sweep. Neither her or the young lady behind the counter greeted me when I walked in. neither smiled when I spoke to them. after ordering I went to the restroom while my husband and daughter waited for our order. the girl servicing us once again looked as if she hated her job and did not want to be there. She was not listening to what donuts we were Picking. instead she kept saying “we don’t have those” I kept having to point out that they indeed had the donut I was asking for because I was looking right at it. I received a few huffs and puffs from her. Then she moved on to make our drinks. We ordered iced coffee and she made us hot coffees. No biggie mh husband corrected her and told her that is not what we ordered: she then replied with an attitude that she made the right order and she would not make the new ones. My husband asked for the manager and she told us no. come to find out there were no managers on site. And she stated she could not give us a refund. the girl who was once cleaning did give me the managers number and I called and spoke with her. eventually she did have the girls refund my money. I asked for corporate’s number to which the manger told me she did not know and she would call me back with it. It’s been about 4 days now and I still have yet to get a call back with corporate number. I will never go to this location ever again!"

"They have a high turnover rate with employees but the current staff is AWESOME. ugh they're so sweet and they've been brewing really good coffee lately."

"Was here today while the line was busy and long but the lady who rang us out was very upbeat and joyful and nice. Was quick with our order when she got to the register. Provided us with an extra donut for waiting during the change. The coolata we ordered was good along with the strawberry sprinkle. Thank you to a good quick experience in a busy time! I did not get the lady’s name who rang us out but kudos to her!"

"I was there about 1030 am 8/17. I waited about 20 min before I was told they didn’t have sesame bagels. I asked if my coffee was ready. She said I have no idea.she asked me do you want another kind of bagel or refund. My coffee was not ready. I chose refund which was not done properly through computer. Come on Dunkin usually no complaints from me-"
