Bruegger's Bagels

"Tell me why I’ve been trying to call this place of business for the last 20 minutes for help with my order and can’t get ahold of a single store representative? It just rings, and rings, and RINGS…. crazy, ever since Covid struck it’s like a rarity to find people who are running a business the way they’re actually getting paid to. Maybe it’s time for Bruegger’s to start. The staff have been rude on numerous occasions while attempting to order inside as well. Yeah the food is great, but when your customer service is piss-poor it’ll be hard to continue seeing people walk through the door."

"Have been coming to Brueggers since I was a kid. This location is by far the worst I have ever been to. The owner/ manager with blonde hair is one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant workers I have ever seen. She is incredibly rude, only yells at you and others, and makes everyone in the store uncomfortable. Save yourself a ruined morning, go to the Strongsville one instead or a different store."

"Update Jan 2024: We were given a gift card for here. I remember the bagels used to be so chewy and good. Now, they’re flat and like cardboard. Hardly rising when baked. See photos below. Quality and consistency of bagels have gone down over the past year or so. I still go from time to time, but the icing on the cake was this past Sunday. I placed a mobile order on Sunday May 14th. Drove to Bruegger's only to find that the store was locked and closed. Note on the door about a delivery issue, and out of bagels. Unable to contact store for a refund, have to fill out an online form. They should have the ability to shut off online ordering. Edit 5/23/23: Closed again this past Sunday at 12:15PM. My wife put in an order online, and yet again it went through, but the door is locked."

"I haven't been here in forever but not like it used to be. No indoor seating...that is pretty awful as it's end of 2023 and no reason to have the seating removed. I ordered multiple bagels and sandwiches and all were smashed. Nothing was on these, they were in the top of my bag from the staff...Seems like a lot of reviews not similar issues. Seems like something changed."

"This was my first time back at a brueggers in years and I got a simple cinnamon sugar barrel with strawberry cream cheese. I was charged $4 and there's barely any cream cheese on it. The bagel itself is very chewy and tastes like a mixture of other bagels like onion or olive oil. Very disappointed and most likely won't come back"
