"Picked up our food in drive-thru. Could see that they were pretty unorganized. Got the food home in less than 10 minutes and the food was ice cold, like it all came out of the refrigerator. Called and spoke to the manager, Kayla, and she told me it was because I had salsa on my bowl, and the salsa refrigerators were really cold and that would make the entire bowl cold. I find this hard to believe that the cold salsa would make the chicken, beans, veggies, etc that should be hot, ICE COLD. Kayla offered no other reason, no apologies, nothing. Won't be back!"
"Shocking place in one word. I usually enjoy dining at your restaurant, but this experience was far from a satisfactory one. The food was poorly cooked, and the cleanliness was lacking. Additionally, it seemed like your staff had other priorities rather than delivering quality customer service."

"I always have issues with quality of service and portion sizing at this location but this was the last time we will be going there. There was a large bug in my bowl, ordered in store, directly on top (thankfully). Absolutely disgusting."
