"Do not get food from here. It’s slightly warm! And even the replacement food is slim warm! Cheese isn’t even melted!!! Only thing right was coffee"

"This was not a good experience at all! Its terrible to leave a bad review, i hate to do this...we ordered a pumpkin spiced iced chai, they gave me coffee and argued with me that it was the drink i ordered, telling me it was "chai tea pumps" ..smh..tried to order hot food, no hot food, ordered a donut, they were microscopic, all while they are trying to figure out what chai tea is or if it is in pumps or an actual drink, we hear the employees saying she doesnt even care she just wants to go home. It was very uncomfortable to have more knowledge and patience of the menu than the employees. Also they forgot the shot of expresso in the coffee at the end, this ordeal took over fifteen minutes. Something is seriously wrong here."

"Honestly they should just replace this location with something else bc this is the worst one. The food always tastes like freezer burnt or something and the service is horrible, the workers are so rude. Just now they made me ENTIRE order wrong twice! And she gave me a THREE$ refund."

"I placed my order on the speaker at 650pm it’s October 13,2023 I didn’t get my order until 7:15 pm there was two young girls working they spent more time wrapped in there personal conversation rather then fulfilling my order of three items. My drinks were made at 7pm they placed the drinks in front of the register and walked away and didn’t come back in eyes view until 707 even then still not recognizing me with my order. Once in eyesight they are still conversing amongst themselves. I believe they left me at the window to pass time so it could reach closing and they wouldn’t have to take anymore orders. This is beyond ridiculous during this time they definitely need better management during the closing hours. Management check the camera’s they’re wasting payroll"

"When you open up a business you have to learn to speak with gratitude and appreciation. Without your customers, your business wouldn't thrive. That being said, "Good morning, Please, and Thank you" goes a long way when serving the public and depending on them for your livelihood. My food was good. Bacon was a little overcooked. You can't tell because the flash is onnin my photo, but the bacon is really dark. Hashbrowns were on point as usual. I don't go to DD often because I prefer my donuts soft and glazed on both sides (personal preference). Also, the hot chocolate is either too sweet or too watery tasting. I tend to spend money at restaurants where I can get what I want. Nonetheless, you be the judge."
