"If I owned this store, I would seriously consider finding a new manager & sending in Secret Shoppers to see how poorly she really treats her regular customers! Never will we come back to this location!! Shame on you DD. I recommend Panera just down the street!"
"Consistently out of food or products and for being a new location that is pretty wild. Also feels like they just randomly close on certain days since they opened up. Very slow service and iced coffee drinks not made like other locations."
"This is a new Dunkin location and they are SLACKING. This place is a joke according to the other bad reviews. Dirty tables, no napkins and condiment container empty. There is no reason a PAYING customer should ever have to wipe off their own table and seat just to sit down comfortably. The napkin dispenser is completely empty and there's a roll of paper towels sitting on the counter and that's what I had to use to wipe off my own table. It hasn't even been sanitized with any kind of liquid cleaner. Two other women came in after me and were even complaining to about the dining room being so dirty. There's at least eight people on staff. One girl is on break in the dining room and seemed to give two craps that customers were cleaning the dining room just to sit down. For a $6.50 coffee plus sandwich and 8 employees on staff; I FULLY EXPECT BETTER."
"I wanted to put no stars, but there was no option for no stars. They leave you waiting on drive thru outside for 15 minutes until they actually take ur order with a very bad attitude and then when you decide to go inside, Instead of waiting longer outside you have to wait another 15 or 20 minutes for your order. all the cars in the drive-through left with out ordering and the problem is the store was empty wasn’t even busy Poor poor customer service.please train staff properly people don’t have time to wait 30 min for a cup of coffee"
