"Great staff, did the order online pick up at store thing & it was GREAT."
"I wish I could leave a 0. My review is directly towards the store manager named SARAH. I came into the store to return an online order for jeans I'd ordered twice unfortunately with a bad zipper both times. I was told I couldn't return them because I'd torn the tags out of the inside of them even though I had the outside tag and order number to show I purchased them a week ago. She refused to take them back and didn't even try to be of any help returning them, and when she told me to contact customer service and if they gave the ok she'd return them, and I did just that. Upon them calling her directly to take the item back she went behind close doors like a coward and lied to them as if the item wasn't defective, when clearly the zipper was broke. Her word against mines i guess so i still had to send them back through the mail. I want to say this, working for a company for 15 years doesn't make you an honest person with integrity, Actually being honest does. Me being a customer that spends lots of money in the Old Navy chains this was a slap in the face. She's a dishonest person, and doesn't deserve to be anyone's manager."
"The service at the counter when we checked out was great. Everyone was very nice and in a very holiday mood! The clothes in the store were neatly arranged and kept folded, the selection was not as wide as I would like to be but it is 2 days before Christmas so that is to be expected. I found some good deals and did not have to wait too long in line"
