"We are traveling with a wheelchair and the store is hard to get in and out of. The handicap person couldn't roll themselves in or out of the business on their own. There was an amazing employee that got the door for us. There was plenty of room for us to move around. You have an amazing employee! Please consider making this store ADA so Cleveland visitors can comfortably come into this amazing retailer."
"Perfect place to pick up goodies and souvenirs. They have a variety of t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, pins, glassware, magnets and a lot more here. There's definitely something for everyone. I thought I would probably get a magnet but I ended up getting a pin and a button along with the magnet. One of their staff greeted me as soon as I entered the store and another staff member politely answered my queries during checkout. Overall, their service was great and I had a nice experience during my first visit. I look forward to my next visit to pick up a t-shirt."
