"Definitely one of the nicer Rally House locations I’ve been too. Was well stocked and the staff were friendly. The only issue I had, which is with every Rally House I’ve ever been to, is that none of the locations I’ve ever been to are wheelchair/walker friendly. The racks and stands are packed so close together that you bump into things constantly when trying to look around the store."

"So, I went into this store today to look for some new apparel. As I walked in, ALL of the employees were standing together behind the registers talking. I got the usual "welcome in greeting" from only 2 of them. It was 2 males and 2 females. They continue talking about their fellow employees and what was going on behind the scenes. This was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! As a customer service person myself, I was embarrassed for the ones they were discussing. NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE ASKED IF I NEEDED ANY HELP! Finally, one of the gals came out to the floor, asked a couple if they needed help, the husband and the female employee had some banter and laughed about it. I had other items in my hands that I put back and went to the registers to purchase what I wanted. In all honesty, I should have not purchased anything, but wanted to see what kind of service I would receive. Yep, got to the registers and both male employees ignored me because they were to busy on their phones! I put my things down in front of one of them and it was like I was interrupting him from his phone. Mind you, neither of these boys acknowledged me. I could not get rung out fast enough. Oh, also, that couple, the only one's who were asked if they needed help walked out without purchasing a thing. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had there! I had to look at the most recent reviews, and seen that so many gave 5 stars. Today was no 5 star review. Mind you, I have been there several times and had great service, today just wasn't it."
