"Rude employees. Told us a section was “closed” because she didn’t want to move out of the way while putting clothes away"

"Your employee Courtney Parks was unbelievably rude. I hate to give the name but she was the rudest girl, and I’ve only had bad experiences with this employee. I was not greeted or acknowledged when I walked in, which isn’t rlly a big deal. But after I shopped around for a bit, I needed a dressing room so I stood there patiently waiting for her to finish whatever she was doing. She 100% saw me, knew I needed help with something, but continued to do what she was doing and not acknowledge or look at me. It was 11:54 am so i thought maybe she wasn’t acknowledging me because the store isn’t open until 12 pm. So I asked if the store was open and she made the nastiest face, rolled her eyes, and said “yeaauhhh” with the worst attitude. She did not look at me once. I’m never the type to complain about customer service, I never expect much. But the least she could have done was acknowledge I was there. Most unbelievable experience of my life she should be fired"

"I came here looking for an elephant or a giraffe. I was even willing to compromise for a lion. But unfortunately they didn’t have much of a selection. They had some wolves and bears and coyotes and even a goldfish but that’s not what I wanted. When I asked for help, the worker took out her vape and started doing epic vape tricks. The service was amazing, but the selection was trash. Will not be back"

"Horrible and ridiculous service. I came to exchange the cargo pants to different color ( same style ) and 1 size up ( Medium instead of Small ). And one of the blonde skinny girl told me that i have to pay for the different because the price is different now. How the hell does it make any sense? And i asked if i exchange the same color but 1 size up, she still said that i have to pay the price different. Then i asked 1 more time if i can exchange online because i bought it online, do they charge me for the shipping, she told me that i wont have to pay for shipping to exchange. I walked out the store and looked at the policy on pacsun website and it said i have to pay for $7 shipping to exchange or return. So with that being said, the girl at Pasun does not know anything about the policy and she could not even explain to me why do i have to pay the different if i want to exchange. I purchased when i had a deal doesnt mean i cannot exchange. Ridiculous service and lack of experience of the employees."
