"my friend and i took bags full of new clothes from nice brands like urban outfitters, free people, american eagle, francesca’s , a brand new pair of new balance 574s etc. they took literally NOTHING meanwhile their entire store was just shein and other horrible fast fashion. don’t waste ur time"
"To have so many clothes you’d think there’d be a better selection. But it’s not. Why? because their process for buying clothes is horrible. So much inventory with stains and tears. I brought in a shirt that I’ve had since 2013 and a brand new sweater.. guess which one they took, the 9 year old shirt because the girl thought it had cute colors. Lol.. Staff is pretty careless , even when checking out they’re having a conversation between themselves instead of interacting with a paying customer. Save your time and go somewhere else or DONATE to a shelter. The $8 you'll get for 10 items isn’t worth it! Do better!"
"Wanted to test it out so I brought a new pair of pants and shirts. Went to sell. Told me they had stains and won’t take them. I literally have the tags in my car. They don’t check clothes they just pick one thing and give you the lowest price for it. Better off just giving ya clothes for free"
