"Horrible! Walk in order, all I asked for was a vente vanilla sweet cream iced coffee. Waited for 15 minutes while online orders were made, came and went. Finally was asked what was I waiting on. Oh it was sitting on the counter where they make the coffee the whole time, I guess just the online orders were more important to finish first before I could have mine. It's alright though, you only made my daughter 5 minutes late for her swim class. Coffee tasted bitter and disgusting, went right into the garbage and I went to Dunkin Donuts!"

"Got in the drive thru line with about 6 cars ahead of us on a Sunday morning (8:45am). After being in line for 35 minutes, we had to leave so as not to be late for our appointment. Exceptionally slow service. Will not likely return to this location."
"This is a pretty good Starbucks that has great customer service and baristas that know what they're doing in making your order. The lines at certain time are long but they keep it moving at a decent pace. Overall it's a nice location"
