They also advertised telehealth but then unilaterally decided it was not appropriate for us and stopped services because we could not make the drive to in-person appointments. Very disappointed with the whole experience."

"My first experience with Dr. Berk was the best I have ever had with a therapist/psychologist. As soon as me and my family explained the situation we were facing he was able to pinpoint the problem immediately and describe it better than we could. The office staff is very friendly and they are extremely on top of keeping us updated with our treatment. The bi-weekly group therapy is also very helpful as you can get opinions from others dealing with similar problems. My favorite program of his is the Perspectives Academy that they offer. I struggled to do virtual learning as there was no structure in my day to day academics. The Perspectives program allowed me to continue on my school's curriculum while I attended everyday at the office. They provided an Intervention Specialist to work with me and offered therapy sessions during the day as well. Never in my life had I felt hopeful about going to a Psychologist before coming to see Dr. Berk. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Berk and so do many other family members of mine. I made more progress in around 2-3 months than I did in 10 years."

"It's unfortunate that I have to leave a poor review based on my experience with the office staff, as I had a wonderful relationship with my actual therapist. Nearly six months after my last appointment I received a collections notice despite the fact that I have not received a single invoice from the billing department over this time. This was an issue I had previously with this office as well. It's a shame that I no longer receive services from a therapist I got on with because of the poor practices of a billing department that does its job inadequately. Seeing as I struggle with anxiety already this does the opposite of help me feel safe to pursue the help I want and need."
