"PHARMACY BUYER BEWARE!!! The Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician refused to use coupon pricing through GoodRX. This cruelty towards people with low income situations wasn't something I expected from CVS in my 10+ years getting my prescription filled, but now it is clear it's not about putting the patient first. I will be changing my pharmacy immediately."

"I went to pick up pictures for Mother’s Day. I went up to the cashier and the white older man was very snotty at first introduction. I said I was there to pick up photos and he responded snotty asking for my name . “ARE you sure you ordered pictures here?? What’s your last name again??? Well you were supposed to receive a call! It’ll be done in 10 minutes” the app specifically tells me when to go pick them up. If you’re having a bad day you don’t have to have a rude and snotty tone with customers and be so cold."
