"I usually really like this store, but I had a recent bad experience. When looking through a clearance section with my wife, we were interrupted to be told that even though the sign says 60% off as we were looking at it that it’s about to be switched momentarily so due to us being notified, we would be getting the lower sales price than what was displayed. I don’t think that that is a very professional response, the same manager that came over to interrupt us to inform us of the discount adjustment, was just standing in the corner doing nothing, but because she saw us looking through the rack and noticed it was incorrectly labeled, we have to now be penalized. When I asked if there was a way to honor the sale due to the sign, being incorrect, and it not being our fault, having found an item we liked, the manager said that due to being notified, she could no longer do that for us. What a disappointing experience, better off sticking to online shopping like I usually do."

"Cute clothes but order pickup is a joke. Multiple times I've ordered clothes early in the day and I'm told they'll be ready within 2 hours. I order early so I can pick them up before work, usually because I want to wear the clothes for work. The clothes are NEVER ready within the time frame. Not even close. More like 6-7 hours later which is ridiculous. Super frustrating. It's not like the store is ever busy so there's really no excuse."

"Pretty tops for girls/women here. Prices are ridiculously high in my opinion. Same thing at Macy's but a little cheaper actually. Very clean and organized. Friendly staff. But sizing and quantity limited on several of the jeans and shirts I liked. I wear large in tops because I am a lady with a chest. Lol I wear 8 in jeans. Sometimes 9. Was just really surprised couldn't find much in these sizes. If you are a small or extra small you can get pretty much anything in here."

"In my opinion, they have some of the best fitting and comfortable jeans ever! Most of my jeans are from AEO. I've bought some pretty tops from them as well. My only complaint is the price of the clothing, which is why I've bought a lot of things on clearance. But the jeans are very durable and long lasting, so I guess you get what you pay for, right? I just wish the clothing were a little less expensive, which is why I shop there infrequently. But overall, it's a good choice! (4 out of 5 stars for cost of clothing.)"
